Men's Fitness Socks

Stay Fit with Thorlos

What do you do to stay fit? Whether it’s weight training, cross training, Zumba® or other group fitness or conditioning classes, the padding in Thorlos clinically-tested padded fitness socks will help protect your feet from blisters, pain and soreness, as well as the pressures and moisture that set the stage for other serious foot conditions.

“These socks are comfortable for all activities. They keep my feet from sweating, are easy to maintain, and worth the cost.” Dane L.

Available in men’s and women’s styles, these engineered padded socks are specially designed to accommodate the differences between men and women’s feet so that both are well protected and comfortable. Research has shown differences with respect to such characteristics as ankle circumference, circumference of the ball of the foot (greater in men) and circumference of the instep (greater in men). We take these and other differences into account when designing these activity-specific padded socks.

“I like the wonderful soft material and the cushiony feel of these socks while I work out at the gym.” Richard W.

When your feet feel better, your workouts will be better and you’ll reap more benefits from engaging regularly in the fitness activities you love.

Thorlos Fitness Socks—Like No Other Activity-Specific Socks

Spandex around the arch of the foot—that’s the defining difference between Thorlos foot protection for fitness and Thorlos other activity-specific padded socks. That band of spandex provides support and stability—extra protection during the twisting and lateral movements that are part of most aerobic dance and other group fitness classes. Add that to moderate cushioning in the heel and thick cushioning in the ball of the foot for maximum shear/friction, impact and shock absorption—and exclusive THORLON® fiber that rapidly wicks moisture—and you have a winning combination for all of your fitness activities. These padded socks are especially beneficial if you have narrow feet—they stay in place and don’t twist around during those “cool moves.”

Two Types of Foot Protection

Thorlos clinically-tested padded fitness socks are for you if you cross train by engaging in various sports and activities, but have experienced foot pain, discomfort or injury—or if you want to do all you can to avoid foot problems in the future. If you participate in high-intensity aerobics or other fitness activities that create high foot stress, you’ll want to wear these comfortable yet resilient and long-lasting Thorlos.

For maximum protection: Men’s XT and Women’s AX, ARX,AMX—all made with THORLON®, THORLO’s patented, moisture-wicking fabric.

“No other sock fits, wears and holds up as well as these do. Do not even try any other sock.” Polly P.

    dissapointed

Can't believe they've changed since last I bought Thorlos. Been wearing them extra long I guess. They used to be much thicker. So many things change. Now my shoes are much looser with my previous thorlos. Can't find a thick sock anywhere.

    Cut a bit too low

    04/18/18 | By

Thorlo socks are nicely cushioned and nicely ventilated but this particular cut is not good for tennis. Cut too low. Shoe rubs my exposed ankle. Wish socks were cut a bit higher.

    Our son's FAVORITE socks!

The XCCUs are the best. Perfect amount of cushion and these socks hold up through his heavy usage.

    Extra comfort!

    04/13/18 | By

In the past I have had plantar fascitis and bunion problems. I started using shoes designed for foot problems and also was told good socks make a difference also. That was a true statement. I notice the difference and have had few if any problems with this shoe and sock approach. The Thorlo's also fit well, seem to be durable and don't slip or bunch up while wearing them. They seem a little expensive, but extra comfort is important. I use these for active and general wear.

    Comfortable; but NOT No-Show Enough

    04/12/18 | By

Fit of sock is very nice. But when worn with, e.g., Sperry boat shoes, they 'show.' So as no-show socks, they don't do the trick. Length is between no-show and low-cut.
