Website

The program website greets each channel member by name and gives them a quick snapshot of their pending rewards and rewards earned to date.

  • Home page text is easily editable, so you can communicate new offers to your channels as soon as they’re available

Claim submission

To submit a claim for a qualifying sales incentive, channel members simply log in, complete the required fields, and click "submit" to file their claim. It's that easy.

Claim history

Once your channel members have filed a claim, they can return to the program website and visit the claim history page. They can monitor the status of their submissions in real time and see a detailed status of all past claims, including reward amount and approval status.

Prepaid incentive card history

Once a channel's claim has received approval, funds are disbursed to their reloadable prepaid incentive card – often in as little as 72 hours.

Channels can visit their account history page and view all their disbursements and transactions in real time, much like online bank account or credit card account pages.
